Hello Hivians, how is your week going? I hope you are doing well here, it is very hot, which is what happens in August. Those of you who follow me a little know how little I like summer, but on the other hand it allows me to do some of the things I like the most, such as diving and sailing.
I wanted to talk about sailing today, but not about the sea. I wanted to reflect on how the Internet has changed the lives of all or almost all of us in the world. I am sure there are many here who do not know a life without the Internet, but others of us know very well what it is like to live without the Internet and without a mobile phone. A gadget that only the Yuppies of the time had.
In general, the Internet is very positive because it has connected us all in a way that we could not dream of and that has opened the door to a huge amount of knowledge. But if we do not know how to manage these possibilities, they can lead us to misinformation, which is probably one of the biggest problems that the network faces at the moment.
