There is no sport which makes me curse as much as Yoga.

Still from time to time my inner voice keeps telling me to go to a class.

The trainer keeps reminding us that we should focus on ourselves and shows the first exercise.

After the third or so, I keep thinking to myself

"why is this so exhausting?"

Everyone around you seems to do fine and I go through every curseword I have ever learned in my head.

The next exercise just seems to be impossible till I see everyone doing it....everyone except me of course.

I remind myself to keep focusing on my own shit and take a peak at the clock.

We are 15 minutes in....45 minutes to go...WTF

I curse a bit more and try to focus.

To my surprise I made it through the hour.

And I feel good. Dame good.

I feel taller, my spine feels straighter and from my sweaty body is filled by pride.

"I made it through another hour"

For me Yoga is a perfect example to struggle now to reap rewards later.

I cant say I like Yoga or I dont like Yoga it seems to be more a necessary evil to me.

There are times I go pretty regular and I tend to do very well in those times off the mat.

Better sleep, happier and more focus just to name a few benefits.

Tomorrow I will have another session so I am off to the internet to learn a few new curse words.
