My life is the opposite of mindful as I juggle working from home, homeschooling my son and playing with my daughter.
I tuned into a Kundalini yoga class this evening 🧘🏻♀️after the kids had screamed until I was frazzled earlier 👦🏻🧒🏻
The trade off is that I see more of my children as they grow, I cut out commuting time and feel less obligated to be sociable with work colleagues 💭
If I could continue to work remotely most of the time in the future that would be a silver lining and improve my quality of life immeasurably 👩🏻💻
