I did some yoga at home this evening as my desk job is hurting my neck and shoulders. Yoga is the perfect antidote to a sedentary lifestyle and a regular massage also helps to undo the knots 🧘🏻♀️
For inspiration I used Prime videos to inspire my yoga practice this evening which means that I don’t need to leave the house and the classes are free! I have been doing yoga on and off now for about 20 years and I feel it’s a necessary part of my life 💆🏻♀️
