Now that I work on the ground floor of an office I am doing fewer steps on working days. There is also a good in-house canteen and I am afflicted with the temptation to pick up a sweet treat throughout the day 🍰. This is both before and after a hot tasty lunch 🍲.
The intended diet has gone awry 🍽. I blame the comfort eating on the cold weather,
