Yesterday I woke up feeling the ick which along with the rain made for a rather useless day. The heat of the water is extremely helpful and the steam helps to open up the sinuses nicely.
I spent much of my morning trying to get my body to not feel like such garbage. Mid day I got started cleaning in the pantry once again and I was able to make some space. There were a number of bags of processed items on the center island that I had not bagged in mylar so they had gotten soft from absorbing moisture. I decided to rerun a bunch of it which has made for a nice and short run.
2 trays of honeydew melon pieces.
1 tray of Minnesota Midget melon pieces.
1 tray of tomato pieces.
And finally 1 tray of cucumber slices. As I type this the cycle is on extended time so I will be able to bag everything within an hour or so.
Part of the cleaning of the pantry was building a meager shelf in an area that has been unused space. The seaweed snacks weigh next to nothing so I didn't need a big shelf. I used furring strips to make it and it works perfectly to get the snacks out of the kitchen.
After dinner I got a bad run of the core chills so I got myself out to soak earlier than normal to warm my core.
Today we don't have rain till night time and only .06" in the gauge from overnight, so I have a chance to get a couple things done outside as well as in if my body cooperates. The spa needs to be topped off and rebalanced, I have to bag the trays that are just about done in the freeze dryer, get a new batch of glycerin going, spend time on duolingo, get the next batch in the freeze dryer, and whatever other project distracts me.
