Ran a 5k trail run and got 43rd overall with a 32 minute time. 7th in my age group. Was not easy given I haven't run in many many months. Tilled the pole now spud garden and have it ready to plant tomorrow. I am buying a new wing that will hopefully let me feel more secure under it. Really beat and skipping soak for bed.
