That was some damn good pig! They got 9 hours buried with the hot rocks and they fell apart when the wrap got opened. One hell of a turnout of a lot of the local Mormon crowd. Talked with a bunch of people, have a couple turkeys sold for next month, and a bunch of people interested in Azure. Tons of food was brought and everyone had their fill. We came home with a gallon ziplock of meat and I plan to run some through the freeze dryer. Glad we went and helped them butcher and they are very appreciative.
