Pins and needles. That was my general state of being for most of the morning yesterday. I sat around biding my time while I waited for a call from the insurance agent about the paper work for my truck. Both boys were home since there was no school yesterday but they entertained themselves well. Finally at around 11:30am I called and inquired if they had seen anything, which they had not. About 15 minutes after we hung up I got a call that the paper work had just arrived.
@stryeyz left work at 1pm and headed home. We ate and then drove the half hour south to the State Farm office. We signed over the title to my old truck... a bit sad but a bit comfortable with the outcome. Everything is working out about the best possible for the situation. I am not injured, my dog is not injured, we had full coverage on the truck, we have AAA, and I have another ride lined up.

After we got home I had my UPS packages waiting. @stryeyz and I are in love with the new Bluetooth keyboard I got. The Arteck Stainless Steel Bluetooth Keyboard on amazon is FANTABULOUS! It is compact, solid with the metal back, has a long ass battery life, it keeps up with @stryeyz’s insanely fast typing, and pair super easily. All this for $25 right now. I ordered 2 more, one for myself since @stryeyz took the first one with her on her trip, and one for my mom. It paired with my phone no problems, which is my primary use for the keyboard.
We had a fire in the pit for our last before our trips. The boys are always so happy to have a fire going. My little pyros. But most kids are I think. At least to an extent.
Today I took @stryeyz to the airport, we left the house at 5am. I took J to school at 7:30. It just snowed for a bit around 11am. Rest of day is packing for my trip to California. I have to go to the DMV to get the title transferred for the car and get it registered, but I will probably do that tomorrow morning first thing.
