Here I talk about that we need to take care of ourselves, so that we have something to give to others, if we don't we will just run dry and burn out, so take care of yourself and do not feel selfish for doing so, plus I find Luke 1 time in SeaLifeHits.

Take Care Of Yourself So You Can Give To Others

So it can be easy to get into a routine where we might forsake ourselves and only focus on giving to others, and while doing so we just run dry and burn out.

If we do not take care of ourselves we will not have something to give to others after a while, so taking care of yourself is not selfish, it's making sure that you are fit to also give to others.

I myself run into this every now and then, and lately a lot of my focus has been on the funding of the ALIVE tribe, so much that I have had a very hard time making videos and have not been very consistent with it.

Now I like making videos, and I want to keep doing them, making videos gives something to others, but also to myself, it's a way to connect better with people that you don't get on that level just making posts, so I will make sure to do videos a bit more, plus also working on optimizing my time and removing time theives.
