"Monday, Tuesday happy days."

As well as finding an old Phillips radio, which is still in working order, I found this old 45 Record Player, which is not in working order unfortunately, but it's still fascinating to see an old musical relic like this.

Essentially, this was the equivalent of the iPod in those days, or the iPod's predecessor the good old Walkman. I believe it's from the 50's-60's era, hence the Happy Days opener in the header, plus I love the handle on the side that turns the records, such a step back in time.

There were some old 45's laying around, but as the record player is not in working order, I'm unable to recreate a musical moment from the past, but nonetheless I could imagine what it must've been like to travel around with one of these, maybe it's all that dust I inhaled finding these old treasures, it's helping to bring back the moments lost in time.
