Last Thursday was my first anniversary in the blockchain. I’m a person who can remember dates before the said day and forget when that day comes. I don’t know. Are you the same as me? The same as my anniversary here on the platform, before the day comes, I know that I will be celebrating my anniversary on the said date but when it happens, I forget, and thanks to @hivebuzz who reminds me about it. I was hesitant if I should share my achievements on the platform, I think it's a norm to celebrate small successes that you are part of the blockchain.
It was the time of summer vacation when I was motivated to join the blockchain since I was not busy and was convinced by my colleagues to join the online orientation. The good side of it was online and I didn’t need to travel far to listen to the orientation since I have my colleagues who will guide me if I decide to join. Aside from the magic money offered in the blockchain, I was also motivated to read some positive information found in the platform away from my toxic newsfeed found in social media.
Unfortunately, after I posted my intro blog, the time came that I needed to return to my IRL. Since I’m just adapting to the new sets of workloads intended for me, I had no time to ask for information on how to explore the blockchain which led me to stop using it abruptly. I was contented in my IRL and making most of my spare time scrolling on social media and watching K-dramas.
I just returned to the platform since it was almost the end of the school year, and it would be another summer vacation. I thought it would be a great time again to return since we had a 30-day vacation and no interruption from the administration. I returned to the blockchain last March 2024 it was just my four months in the blockchain. Literally, it was my four months of experience in the blockchain.
Even though I’m just four months into the blockchain, I learned a lot and am grateful for the people here in the community. I met and encountered people who were willing to extend their support to a newbie like me. I have ma’am @nainaztengra who constantly supports me and my newfound supporters here on the platform who extend their support despite not knowing me personally. You are so many to mention. Well, I would not forget my husband who always there motivating me to continue exploring the platform and sharing his skills through capturing beautiful pictures for my blogs. In addition, the #hiveph community guided me well about the dos and don’ts in the platform sometimes, there are rules that I’m not familiar with and unconsciously did not follow, still the community is lenient to newbies like me and I’m very thankful of it. Through this, I learned from those mistakes and tried my best to follow the rules. I have no reason now if I did not follow some rules since according to someone- one mistake is enough and twice would be too much. Right?
Now that my vacation has ended, I’ll assure everyone that I will not stop abruptly and still be on the platform despite the IRL.
Overall, a success is still a success. Happy first anniversary to me in the blockchain.
Thank you for reaching this far. If you want to inspire, learn, and witness beautiful scenery, experiences, and places, do not forget to follow, upvote, and reblog my post to support and motivate me to write more. Thank you.
