Personally I train in a tripple Split. Push, pull and lower body.
Starting with weighted calisthenics, finishing with drop sets and then go over to weights( barbell and dumbbell) to burn out the rest and intensify the Hypertrophie. On the weekend I'll add one session of Yoga to recover and stretch out.
Oh and warm up before jumping into the training of course. Takes about 1.5 h in total.
