Referring people onto companies can give you big bonuses on many companies. There are somethings that bother me about the referral programs
Alot of people on my facebook send me invitation about how much money they make and say ask for info. What they don't tell you, is that you have to refer people to get paid and even if you do refer people, there is no promise that you will even get paid. Alot of people lie on facebook about how much they make from recruiting.
I don't have a problem with referring people, the only problem I have is that is it time consuming. The one thing that bothers me about recruit is all the lost time from all the people who don't fully sign up.
A lot of people lie on facebook about the results they have from matrix or referrals. Most of the time, you have to call them personally just to make sure if they sign up. I also don't like the money pic that they post up, 99.9% of the time, it is not their picture nor their money. I know this because when I got recruited they wanted me to lie to people. I had to walk away from the company .(Felt too much like a job interview)
Have anyone get those "I can give you passive income" post on facebook. I signed up for a few of these and there are a lot of things the make me not want to deal with their stuff anymore.
The third one is mainly when they talk about having a job but you have to pay first. The crazy part about it is that there are people who actually pay and then get mad when they don't get the results they were "promised". Then they want to go on social media and "Expose" the recruiter for falling for such a stupid plan.
