If you use the function .click in jQuery it usually work smoothly in desktop browsers, however in mobile browsers there is a 300ms delay which seems to be not that much, however it can render your app really sluggish.
$(".whateverclass").click( function {
....
... });
That is why you should use .vclick which eliminates this delay, resulting in very quick responses on mobile browsers and apps.
$(".whateverclass").**v**click( function {
....
... });
