Hello, today I bring you the sports bra molds. But! It can also be used for a top .....
As the previous time all the sizes are with their respective colors, I made the back of size 100.
In the case of the rear molded, the neckline of the back is more pronounced than in the front, also the numbers that are in black, do not vary according to the size, so it will always be the same measure. Don't forget to place 1.0cm all the way around for the seam allowance
This is what the pattern would look like once cut. Why does it look longer than a sports bra? that's simple, because I made it reach the "waist line", which results in it being longer, to make it look like a bra, you just have to fold it over the "radio line" (as it is drawn in the molds)
Tip, so that the back neckline is not so low, when you mark it on the fabric you can "raise it", I do that since personally I do not like it so pronounced.
This is what I meant when I said double over the "radio line".
OK, now let's sew .....
First, you have to sew one of the front shoulders with the corresponding back shoulder, then stretch from the opposite front shoulder that is not joined, to the back shoulder that is also free, (as indicated by the arrow in the drawing).
The stretch is like the culotte, in case you want to make a top, it is no longer necessary in stretch.
In this way, the entire neckline will be stretched, then the shoulders that were not joined are sewn.
Two, once the shoulders are joined, the armholes remain to be stretched, the same previous process is repeated.
Three, the armholes are ready, now we close one side, leaving the waist ready to be stretched. Finally, already elasticized everything, we close the other side by sewing it.
As I explained in the making of the culotte, I use elastic strap, because I like it to be seen on the inside of the garment, but if you prefer, you can use the elastic that is for lingerie.

This is what a top would look like, without elastic
Image taken from Inatagram @fire_rabbit. This would be a model if they make it up to the "waist line"
Here I leave you behind the t-shirt molds, (it is so that they differ from the sports bra molds)
