I can just imagine the kind of atmosphere that this place had. And I bet that the fact that it wasn't easy to get there just made it more special.

I has this same feeling from some electronic festivals that I used to work: In the middle of nowhere, some good crazy beats, and everybody for the music. And the drug, but mainly for the music. No knifes, no fight, nothing, just dance until you're satisfied.

Great post and great take on the word!
