Hello Everyone. I hope you've all been having a great time.
It's been a rough couple of months globally due to the Covid-19 ( Corona Virus) Pandemic that virtually all nation's around the world are now battling with. Everyone's kept their difference aside to find ways to curb and put an end to the disease which has already taken thousands of lives. We now live in a world where we have to go out with nose masks, sanitizers, tissues and gloves just to protect ourselves and others from getting infected by the disease. It's becoming a lifestyle already in most countries.
I made this drawing late last night which depicts a young Asian covering his nose and mouth with a nose mask. I made this drawing with a heavy heart and sadness. I hope and pray the pandemic comes to an end soon and the world heals quickly.
I used a black ball point pen and pelican paper for this drawing
Here are the steps involved;
Firstly, I drew the outline of the man's face with the nose mask on. I also added his facial features in this stage.
Next, I began shading the dark areas of his face, hair and clothes.
Finally, I shaded and added some details to his nose mask for a more realistic look.
