I'd like to share this wildlife drawing I made depicting a leopard resting on a tree. The leopard is one of my favorite spotted wild cats because tgey are great hunters and climbers. Although, they are challenging to draw, but also, they are great subjects to draw or paint for anyone willing to get better in drawing in a short while. I did this piece to master detailing and fur drawing.
I used a black ball point pen and pelican paper for this drawing
Here are the steps involved;
I began by drawing the outline of leopard and added its facial features.
Next, I began shading and the dark spots on it's skin and also added some details to it's eyes.
Finally, I shaded and added details of fur to the drawing for a more realistic look.
