In this evening, i think its the right time for me to share about an usual evening i have in Bali. Live near beaches makes me often visited beach to enjoy the sunset, alone or with friends. Its a really calming and fun thing to do. I do it almost everyday. In this post, i will talk about a cafe or i think it was called beach club that i visited with my friends.
707 Beach Berm
This beach club located in Batu Belig Beach, Kerobokan. This is a beach quite far from where i stayed. The reason why we went there because its located very close to my friend’s hotel in Kerobokan. The three of us went there by one motorbike with me riding the motorbike since both of my friends didnt know how to ride a motorbike. There’re quite a lot of beach clubs in Batu Belig beach yet we choose just random place to sit. I think that the reason why we choose to sit in 707 Beach Berm was because its licated quite high. We dont feel like sit near the sun and we want to sit in higher place so we can see the beach and sunset higher.
This is the menu. Sadly, i forgot to take the picture of the food menu and only took the pictures of their drink menu. We planned to eat after this so we only find some light bites to share. Though i dont know why we choose to have pizza as our light bites since pizza is nowhere near light. We inly try to waste our time waiting for our appointment in a restaurant for our dinner.
The place where we sit are so comfortable. We can hang our legs down if we want. Its like sitting near the hill eventhough its surely not as high as hill at all. We specifically choose the pink bean bag sofa because we love pink.
Pizza
Only in Bali that i found myself often eating pizza in the beach. Is it something usual in your area too guys? Where i come from, usually we will eat grilled seafood and chicken when we come to the beach. Never i ever imagine that pizza suited beach. The pizza that they often serve in most of beach club, beach restaurant, or whatever we wanna call them are this thin crisp pizza. So, i guess its what helped them to be more suited with the beach. I cant imagine eating the plumpy pizza like what they have in Pizza Hut in the beach. It doesnt suit the vibe at all. Those kind of pizza suited pool more. This pizza taste so flour~y. I dont know what word can describe it more than that. Eventhough the topping is good. The pizza is so dry to the point that i can taste the flour. Its also kinda hard half crispy. I know that some people like this type of pizza more than the soft one, i also usually enjoy them but not if its too dry like this.
For the drink, me and my friend choose coconut water and beer. I shared the coconut water with my friend while they order the beers. I understand that since they’re a busy working ladies, they need some fun and refreshments a lot during their stay. Sadly, the coconut that i have at the time is too old so the taste of the coconut was not so fresh.
