Following a healthy lifestyle is very important, and for that, the first step is to follow an active daily routine, which includes walking, running, and doing anything that requires physical activity. I have been doing it for the last few weeks, but there was a gap in between because it rained. Because of that weather, there was a gap, but now I'm trying to get back on the same schedule.
I use a Samsung phone, and the phone has got the Health app, which is connected through the Samsung Galaxy Watch. This combination helps me to track my fitness activities properly, and it is very accurate because it tracks each and everything: how many hours I sleep and how much time I spend on the activity side, along with the active time, stepping count, and, of course, the calorie burn count. The watch works very well to track each and every activity, and even it tracks the sleeping hours so accurately. This helps me figure out what I am doing with my sleeping cycle and schedule, because every day I try to sleep for 6 to 7 hours. Though I try to make it 8 hours, that is not happening, but somehow I'm able to make it more than 6 hours and less than 7 hours, which I think is also good.
Every day, I make sure that I walk for about 10,000 steps, and that is my daily target. For the last 2 days, I've been able to meet it, but 2 days before, it was not the same, as you can also see on the second screenshot. There are multiple applications which can track the data, but I think Watch is really doing a great job. I'm happy with the outcome because it gives more detailed analysis, and it is synchronized with the Watch and the health application on the phone. Altogether, a good combination, I think. It is nice to have for a device, and that is why I believe people are preferring it more. The ecosystem works well with either Apple or Samsung because both are providing different products, and they work very well in the same ecosystem. Thank you!
