The new year is upon us. Tonight I am going to celebrate NYE with my family and friends. But there is one important thing left before we move ahead. As we approach the end of 2022 and ring in the new year, it's natural to take a moment to reflect on the past year and all that has happened.
It's been a challenging year for many, with the ongoing economic uncertainty, inflation, social and political tensions. But it's also been a year of resilience and adaptability, as people and communities around the world have found ways to come together and support one another in the face of these challenges.
Writing this blog is my way of immersing myself in a deliberate reflection process. It was one of the major goals I had for 2022. I want to continue doing this for the rest of my life and I am sure it will help me get my shit together. So here it goes:
Without a doubt, 2022 has been crazier than 2021. I have been alive for 32 years but 2022 is the only year I actually lived. It felt like rebirth, a new life altogether. Crushed enough goals to make myself satisfied to go into 2023.
Writing online has changed my life. I think I have published over 250 blogs this year and most of them were done via LeoFinance. It's 'hands down' my favorite app/community on Hive. Here are some of the highlights:
My biggest learning of 2022: It's not too late or too early to do the right thing. If you have an idea you want to share or execute, just fucking do it mate.
Let's look at some of my HIVE stats for 2022. Huge shoutout to @hivecreators for making this amazing Hive recap tool:

As we look ahead to 2023, it's important to carry these lessons & achievements with us and continue to find ways to support and uplift one another. While I can't predict exactly what the future will bring, I am confident that by working together and staying positive, we can overcome any challenge that comes our way. Now is the time to welcome the new year with open hands and set some goals.
My major focus for 2023 is my physical and mental health. 2022 was quite eventful & thus tiring. It made me realize that health is the real wealth. If you are fit, you are productive, as simple as that! And while the iron is hot, I don't want to lose my momentum. In order to achieve this goal, I will try to build the following habits:
Nothing crazy - simple and doable for a dummy like me. 馃槀
2023 is going to be the year of Decentralized social media and Hive will be the frontrunner of this moment even though it's so much more. I am ready to take advantage of the current bear markets and make my bags heavier than before:
or I die trying. 2022 was a great teaser of compounding effect and I am sure I am getting a full feature film in 2023. LFG! 馃殌馃殌馃憡
I want to end this year by giving a huge shout to the baddest mfers on Hive. You have supported me, inspired me, motivated me and showered me with love that I don't think I deserve. But still, a huge thanks for being there and being so awesome. RESPECT! 馃憡
