I wish I cared as much I feel I should

No words I have
can explain the stench
of rotting corpse of love
lying on the park bench
..we first met.
I'm crippled by this shock and awe,
go on ask me what I saw,
in places where I kept my hopes
and expectations. today my jaw
is officially dropped.
You put your faith on good and few
You watch the people you thought you knew
and hear of who they are with veils.
scratching head and without a clue
you take a step back.

This is my day 97 entry of the 100 days of poetry by d-pend@d-pend from SteemitSchool.

If you like what I'm doing here, help me out to get me some visibility and add me to your steemvoter or bring me a curie@curie vote like rasamuel@rasamuel did which f3nix@f3nix thought I deserved and supported me through frustration. It's been more than five months of this.
goddamnit.
