Hello guys,
Today I am going to share with you battle in which I used SPINEBACK WOLF , to enter the Weekly Challenge - SHARE YOUR BATTLE.
Here's my battle in @splinterlands
This battle had a big mana cap(46) and the rule Holy protection.
~I chose the summoner MIMOSA NIGHTSHADE. level 1
I bought this card recently and at times I still trust OWSTER ROTWELL more than this summoner. But this battle had big mana cap so I picked MIMOSA NIGHTSHADE. She lowers enemies ranged attack by 1, reduces damage from enemies magic attacks by 1 AND prevents opponents team from healing. With all those abilities it is weird that this summoner is not a clear choice for me. But I really like OWSTER ROTWELL and his Magic reflect. I think that in the battles with low mana he is the better option.
~NIGHTMARE. level 2
great health( 12), good speed(4), melee attack power (2) and Blast ability= Good tank that attacks multiple targets with every attack.
~SPINEBACK WOLF. level 1
High speed(6), melee attack(1), armor(1), health(3). This monster has Reach ability that allows to attack from the second position. Also this monster and NIGHTMARE protected my main weapons from the frontal attacks.
~CTHULHU. level 1
This monster has great health(12), and good magic attack power(3). one of my favorite Death Monsters that deals a lot of damage.
~ANCIENT LICH. level 1
Good magic attack power(3) makes Life leech ability really great. I said that CTHULHU is one of my favorite Death Monsters...Well ANCIENT LICH is even better. I only need to protect this monster for a bit and it gains INSANE amounts of health. In some of my battles this monster gained 20+ health. Like CTHULHU this monster has very low speed(1) but that can be good in battles with reverse speed rule.
~PHANTOM SOLDIER. level 1
Great health(8), good magic power(2), good speed(3). I had a few reasons to choose this monster. It does a nice damage. And I wanted to protect my main weapons( CTHULHU and ANCIENT LICH) from behind. I really should get this monster to level 3. then it would have increased magic attack and would be able to lower opponent's magic attacks.
Normally I don't use SPINEBACK WOLF. But in this battle I had a lot of mana... And a lot of magic power. So I believed that I will win either way. My strategy worked well- I won. My high magic power was a good combination with Holy protection rule. Unholy team for the win. 😜
