We had a cracking first day of recording for our album back in January. Still a long way to go until it's anywhere near finished. But the drums are already sounding big and girthy.
That thing taped down next to the sticks on the snare drum is a wallet. It's a very technical (and empty) wallet adding it's ambience to the sound of the overall drum, somehow. I dunno really, the producer just did it.
It's a good job we trust him so we don't look stupid.
