Here is the outside of the toasty-warm two-layered hat. You can see from the picture below that the lining, knit from the provisional cast on edge, leaves no perceptible join--it really looks seamless, as it is supposed to look! I laid a needle at the place where the hat and lining meet so you can see the invisible dividing line.
