Hello Hive, good day everyone, it is so good to be here again on this blessed and wonderful Tuesday.
I hope this meet us well, want to share with you about my jollof rice.
I first light the gas put my pot on it and allow it to dry before adding my vegetable oil.
Then I add my slice onions to it and allow to fry.
After that I add my grinded pepper to it.
I add my seasoning to it.
I allow everything to fry very well and add water to it,so after that I wash my rice very well and add to the water on fire and allow to cook.
After the rice is done,I put off the gas and allow to steam before opening and serving.
This is the outcome of my jollof rice.
