I could not find detailed information on what the project is exactly about, but from the strings I have translated and the search I have done, I thought the project is about a firmware running on receivers. I wanted to contribute to the project because it needed Turkish translation and I thought that I can fill this request. Other people might want to join the translation to translate the project faster. The project has some technical terms that people who know the technical terms of satellite communication, video and audio fields might have a better chance of translating.
