My hubby (who reads loads more than I do) says Portugal has the lowest cost of living in Europe, so I hope that you decide to move here. There are large English communities sprouting up everywhere!

I am also IF (missing out breakfast and then eating at around 12 PM). It seems to be working as I have lost weight and have more energy (thanks probably to the low carb lifestyle that I have adopted).
