First of all, nice to meet you @beesparkle what you do is great, being in your place is a blessing in a way. I have 15 years practicing as a psychologist in the area of education and I would have to make a video to tell you what I have done during all these years, but I can tell you that working as a teacher is something special, only those who have done it know what it feels like, many people say that this job is crazy hahahaha, but I have always said that only crazy people can change the world 😁.

I recently worked in a soccer academy, 2 years with children, I loved it, I love working with them and exploit their talents, I would do it in this and another life, unfortunately I was in a complex economic situation because I am new in this country and I had to opt for other ways to practice psychology, but to date it is the best job I've had. Supervision, guidance, management, were some of my roles and apart from that my work as a constant evaluator of the children. I also had to work a lot on the pedagogy of the coaches since it was very difficult for them to understand the individual differences, and the objective was achieved...

Sadly the pandemic bankrupted the academy and that's why I had to abandon that job but I felt great there accompanying the children while they evolved in the sport; I had to juggle also to try to make certain dynamics during training time and it was very difficult for parents to collaborate with extra activities to reinforce behaviors in the children, but well, it is part of our day to day right? 🙂

I wish you a lot of success in this stage, it is a different experience in terms of the area of application, but very rich in everything you will learn along the way.
