'Ayọ' (Joy) Hyper-realistic Charcoal Drawing
This was a portrait I started a few months ago and wasn't able to complete until Christmas day. I've aptly titled it 'Ayọ' meaning 'Joy' because this is the feeling it evokes in me when I look at it, and

Untitled Graphite/Charcoal Drawing
So, I started this work last year December, the 1st to be precise. It's been slow cos I've had commissions in between and I've been lazy getting to it, at some point, I wondered if I was ever going to

"Untitled" Hyperrealistic Pencil Drawing
It's been a while since I posted, with commissions and other stuff, I've not really had the chance to work on something new. I did start this piece a few weeks back, should be almost done with it by now,

"Nostalgia" (Graphite and Charcoal on paper)
So, I was being really optimistic when I said I would be done with this last week. Thankfully, I finally finished it today. It's been a long and slow process, I was sometimes tempted to rush through some

"Nostalgia"
I finally thought of an appropriate title for this piece. It really takes me back to when I was a kid. I was a very shy and quiet child, so not so many friends. I remember playing in the rain with the

So, I've been working on this for over a week now, the details are not something I can rush and it requires a lot of time. But what really irks me though is that after several hours of work, I end up having

I don't think the background is up to par. I might have to make the entire thing dark. Also, applying charcoal powder is not easy, the whole thing is too troublesome and it gets everywhere. •••

So, I never actually gave this a title in the beginning, but now, "Innocence" seems appropriate. I drew this several months ago and I was really proud of it at the time. It felt like my best
