¡Hola! Javier

Hello! Javier
My father used to say, without ever knowing where he got it from, that the navel used to be worn on the forehead, until the move came, and now it's worn on the stomach. A song, a joke.
After going through paths similar to the ones you travel, at some point, after a few short circuits and a couple of resets, I'm sticking with transpersonal theory. I understood it correctly. Although other schools of psychology only talk about the conscious and subconscious, this one goes a step further and proposes a superconscious.
Beyond the basement of the subconscious, the conscious ground floor. The rooftop of the mind, the superconscious that connects us with the highest part of us, which must be within us, just like survival instincts or the shadow. The higher ideals we identify with Christ, ascended masters, higher stellar beings, or whatever you choose to believe. It connects and makes us feel.
And when it disconnects, we feel emptiness, loneliness. The good thing is that it comes back, and when it does, it feels good.
Like now, when I share my feelings and thoughts with you. They say the mind has its own place, even if we don't know which one. I believe heaven and hell are here and now, and only our decisions, that superpower of choice, define which one we live in.

...and deliver us from evil.
A big hug, my friend.
