Prayer is a personal and true encounter of faithful love. This renews you, changes you, gives you life.
Prayer is an expression of interior life, consists in directing the powers of the soul (memory, intelligence and will) and the faculties of it (knowing and loving) the Holy Spirit, who dwells within us, and thus relate to God the Father and Son.
Our supplications with our prayers allow us to talk with God as with a friend. God as Father loves us, but is at the same time our most faithful and best friend. It is not necessary to use tricky words we must be spontaneous.
To communicate with the Lord, it is enough to dispose our hearts.
