Generating money in university is never an easy task as students have to juggle with their studies, exams, assignments and a few socials every time. Even a ‘small’ amount of extra money can go a long way for a student. Here’s how to make money as a university student:

1. Donate your time and skills
One of the best ways to earn extra money without needing any college credits is to offer your time and skills for some extra money. If you have some skills like photography, graphic design, drawing, graphic art and are good at doing artworks, you could help your friend with college assignments, and help them earn some money for college. As for writing, you could offer your expertise as a tutor on writing, grammar, essay writing, or English.
You can also offer your help as a tutor for university friends who are preparing for their exams. You don’t have to charge a fee, as you are helping them to prepare for their exams.
2. Be a student organizer
If you are organized and good at organizing things like planning social activities, parties, concerts, sports days, or meetings, you can volunteer your time and work as a student organizer for your school. You can help to organize the annual sports day, the annual music concert, the annual student festival, and the annual welcome meeting for the incoming students.
This is a great way to gain some money and make some extra friends at the same time, as you are spending most of your time with college students.
3. Work in stores or restaurants
Working in a restaurant or a convenience store can also be a great way to make some extra money for college. You do not have to attend college to work in a restaurant or a convenience store, as these work for college students who need to get some extra cash. However, in order to get paid you need to have a college certificate and a valid license to be allowed to work in the restaurant or convenience store.
4. Join some service companies
There area lot of service companies like insurance companies, building and contract companies, or repair companies that you can join. These works are usually for college students, as these companies have a lot of employees. So, when you join the companies, they will pay you a fair salary.
A college degree is obviously not required, but if you have one you can increase your chances of getting a higher paying job. The salary is almost always guaranteed to be fair, as you have worked before and have shown your skills to be a better employee.
5. Work for an online business
Companies are now starting to develop online businesses so that you don’t have to work for them every day. You can start your own business if you have the skills to do so. You don’t need to have a college degree to be able to start your own business. You can start your own business easily when you know how to work with your computer and to communicate with people over the internet. You will need to apply to some companies in order to get hired. Most of the time they will offer you a fair job. Some people say that you need to be careful when working for online companies, but it will be a way to make more money to support your family.
If you want to make money and work at the same time, you need to make sure that you use the things that you learn when you’re at college to create your own career in order to avoid a job that is going to pay very little and do very little.
