¡Hola Hiveans!

2.- No te disperses.

4.- Aprende a decir "no"

Hello Hiveans! I'm sure you've heard many times that time is money. And it's true. Although sometimes it may seem like we have more time than gold, the truth is that time is a very valuable and limited resource. Managing our time efficiently is crucial to success in any area of our lives.
In all this time I have realized that achieving a good balance between personal and professional or academic life seems to be increasingly difficult. However, better organizing time in the daily routine is crucial for long-term success, as well as other goals and interests we have. Below, I share my personal experience and some tips that have helped me optimize my day-to-day life.

1.- Plan your day
Set an agenda for the day or week, and follow it as much as possible. Dedicate a block of time for each task, and try to optimize your time as much as possible for each task. If you find it difficult to concentrate on a single task, use a strategy that allows you to focus on them, such as the famous pomodoro method. This will ensure that you do not waste time on tasks that are not important and you will be able to concentrate on what really matters.

2.- Don't spread yourself thin.
Often, we waste time because we get distracted by other things. When you are working on something, make sure you do not have any other distraction at your fingertips. Turn off your phone, close websites that are not relevant to the task at hand, and put a "do not disturb" sign on your door if necessary.

3.- Set priorities
We all have many tasks to perform, but not all tasks are equally important. Learn to set priorities so you know which ones to do first, leave the less important tasks for another time, or if possible, try to delegate those tasks to other people. This way you can make sure that your time is spent on the tasks that are really important to you.

4.- Learn to say "no".
Sometimes we tend to want to do everything and end up spread thin, that is, stretched too thin. Sometimes other people can interrupt our workflow with unexpected requests. If someone asks you to do something that you know is not going to be useful to you, just say "no". Don't feel obligated to accept every request you receive. Learn to say "no" to tasks that are not really important to you or that you simply don't have time to do. This way you will be able to concentrate on what really matters and avoid unnecessary stress.

5.- Take breaks
Although it may seem counterproductive, taking breaks is really important to better manage your time. If you work for hours on end, you will end up burning out and you won't be as productive as you expect to be. Take breaks so you can recharge your energy and focus better on what you are doing. Get out of the office or home and take a walk. You can also read a book or watch a movie. A well-deserved break will help you concentrate better when you get back to work.

6.- Choose the right time
Choosing the right time to do things is another way to better manage your time. There are tasks that can be done at any time of the day, but others that require a specific time. Learn to identify which tasks require a specific time and choose the right time to do them.

Lately I have been applying those tips that I have gathered from my experience throughout my life, and like others, there were times when I had a hard time following my routine. It's natural that there are days when you simply can't accomplish everything you have planned. In these cases, what has helped me is to have flexibility and be realistic with myself. For example, if I know I have an important meeting first thing in the morning, I don't plan to work out that night. This way, I avoid getting frustrated and keep my motivation high.
Another key element to better organize the time of the daily routine is to have a good to-do list, as I mentioned at the beginning. I usually make a to-do list at night, before I go to sleep. That way, when I wake up in the morning, I already know what I have to do and I can start my day more efficiently.

A more indirect recommendation is to exercise. Exercise is not only good for your health, but it can also improve your ability to concentrate and perform. If you find it hard to concentrate at work, try exercising before or after. Exercise will help you relax and be more focused.

Last but not least, it is important to keep in mind that time is a limited resource. You can't do everything, and it is important to learn to prioritize. Keep in mind that you can't always do everything perfectly. The important thing is to do the best you can with the time you have.

Organizing the time of your daily routine better is a task that requires effort and dedication. However, I believe it is worth the effort. In this way, we will be able to make better use of our time, and we will have more free time to enjoy life.
I really hope these tips can help you at some point. I know we've all been through this kind of mishaps, and how overwhelming it feels that it seems that time devours you and with it that does not allow you to make all your pending and plans, but starting with small steps you can start to give order to your life 🤗💖.

Thank you so much for reading 😊✨, see you in the next post Hiveans, bye! 👋💓
