Congressional hearings are a stale brew. Each Party out the other to subdue. Forget the witness sitting, They're screeching and spitting, Like monkeys hurling feces at the zoo.

Freedom of speech is a righteous thing, Until someone utters words that sting. Our skin has become thin, So we add to the din, Not hearing why the caged bird might sing.

Meeting a despot re peace gives us fits. Meeting with despots who war, all is glitz. With Saudis, not a peep, With Egypt, mum we keep. Are we all harping vapid hypocrites?

If thirteen Ruskies' chirps and tweets'll, Turn our electorate into sheeple, Spending merely millions, While Clinton blew billions, I'd say Hillary hired the wrong people.

Scarborough this a.m. let it all blow. He's pissed the Almighty won't bring Trump low. Our host witnessed enough, Wants God to get off His duff, 'Cause should someone know sin it's Morning Joe.

I deign to complain that in the main, It's plain the U.S. domain is insane. Nations know how sadistic, Realize a sad statistic, Their pain, with our disdain, works to our gain.

Stunning isn't it, how pols speak out of both sides of their mouth in support of endless war. On talk shows it's always "The US has the best equipped, best trained fighting force in the world."
