Hello guys, good day..
Learning a skill, is important, because it helps students in paying their bills themselves, but in my own view, I think learning a skill should be before becoming a student. One main reason is because of distractions, studies are more important to ever student than any other thing, because we need more focus in becoming what we want to be.
It also depends on the course of study. There are some courses that are hot-cake in the country and even overseas, there are also some courses that makes you self-employed, you don't need to take your CV to any company for job, instead people around come to you for job.
Learning a skill really depends on many things, it also depends on your passion. There is something I noticed about some people who are in the university, some are studying a course that they don't enjoy, they just go there because, maybe their father or friends influence them to, while some didn't meet the requirements of the course they applied, and the school just give them any course of their choice.
So you see this kinds are now supposed to have some backup plan.
It's actually shameful seeing graduates walking around and complaining about how bad a country it. For me, if I encounter such people, two things goes to my mind, it's either they went for a low-in-demand course or a less competitive one, or didn't have a backup plan..
sometime ago, I saw some heat argument online and also offline about life after university, some people say it's worst and they regretted going to university because there is no job available for them, while some say it's the best.
At that time, I began to think if those people who say they wasted their time in school had learn some skills, they won't have feel that pained or burder about how their life and some certain things will go.
