When you tell yourself that , 'you got this' , 'its okay' that ;' It wasn't so bad'?
When you say you going to do something, thinking that you have all the intention of doing it, but you just don't? Even when you have the time, and remember you , somehow just do not have the will to commit yourself to doing the things you have said?
I have these conflicting moods and because of this my motivation swings.
My personal expectations are a lot higher for myself, setting the bar too be unattainable without truly noticing, until my frustrations get the better of me.
I know I am capable of much more, as are you.
But if we do not know when to take a break, or know when to be satisfied with what we have accomplished thus far, or dreams might end up always being the mirage we make it out to be.
We work so hard to get to this point that there truly is no point worth reaching , as our mental expectations are built upon the harder and longer we work towards it.
That sometimes we may stop believing in ourselves and in our capabilities.
But this should be seen as a sign that we need a break and see how far we have come; sometimes burn out, is the biggest set back.
In the fast paced life that we choose to lead , something as simple as breathing is forgot.
So check in , with you, and with those around you.
Perspective is healthy and allows for balance to come around more easily.
And then doing what we say might be a little easier - just maybe.
In hopes that you believe in yourself, for yourself, in if not, I have the hope that you will get there.
Until Next time...
