The normal stool colour should be yellow, brown or golden. If you notice colours as the following, please consult your doctor:
Black - could be due to over-consumption of iron, but if it is black and sticky, it could be a sign of bleeding of our intestines.
Red - could be due to the dye from red wine, but if it is fresh red, it could be sign of bleeding again.
White - could be a sign of gall bladder blockage.
