Folks It's a beautiful day here in the wild west. Sunny and 24*C. So why not pop out for a wee pint and a quick lunch before doing some yard work. I hate yard work and am currently looking for a condo to buy.

With the current market, a bonus of downsizing to a condo is that I'll likely be completely debt free. So that would mean really hammering investments towards retirement.
Now, with a meatloaf sandwich and salad in my belly, it's off to chemical treat my yard for weeds, then to.orrow to mow and trim.
