Happy beer Saturday.
Today's menu is a Pile O' Bones White IPA with a death dollar on the side. This happens to be my absolute favorite beer. It's a hazy crisp light IPA with a slight citrus finish.
And the Death Dollar is also a personal favorite of mine.
Next on the menu was a Nokomis Brewing Modern IPA. Nokomis is in a small village near where I grew up, according to Stats Canada, there are 436 people living there. Last year Nokomis and Pile O' Bones from Regina, partnered and won first place in the Canadian Brewery awards.
That hazy IPA was paired with a delicious Reuben sando.
