Hi great people,
Many at times kudos and other manner of gesture is normally given to the mother because of her exceptional role in a child's life however there are other salient points to be considered too on the side of the father. The combination of both the father and mother is what would result to total transformation of a child.
I write this without any prejudice or form of bias owing to the fact both father and mother are very influential in parenthood. In my subsequent edition, i will highlight the essential attributes and significance of mothers to a child's presenting development but let me form a niche for now at the father.
My father is a role model for me because growing up I have never seen a man so passionate about holistic development like him. The testimony I keep receiving presently really stirred me to sincerely pick some essential component of his life and share it here perhaps it could inspire someone. Recently my uncle told me that if not because of my he wonders where most of them would have been. It was my father that paid the sacrifices to open the gate for Western education over the entire family. There's no one in the family that had not encountered my father's influence directly or indirectly. The more I hear some of these things, the more I'm challenged to do more.
*My children and I
Growing in the rural areas where there's no provision for major social amenities like good water, electricity etc base on the nature of his work then made me appreciate the act of nature and every resources available. Life wasn't easy at all but he ensures that meals are always available even though not balanced diet but at least we never lacked some to eat from our table.
I'll be constrained by time and possibly space therefore I would to highlight and stress on the major things I have learnt and how he exercised his father influence in my parental journey.
The influence of father in parenthood is just amazing. I hope you enjoyed your father like me.
