Sin was the main purpose that death came into this world. When Adam and Eve disobeyed God, sin entered human life, and death became part of the human experience. According to the Bible, death is not how God originally wanted life to be, but it became the result of mankind’s separation from Him.
Romans 5:12 says, “Therefore, just as sin entered the world through one man, and death through sin, and in this way death came to all people, because all sinned.”
The bible also teaches us that every human have his or her time to spend on this earth, meaning we will die one day. Death reminds people that this world is not permanent and that we need to seek God while we are alive. Even faithful people in the Bible experienced death, showing that no human can escape it through their own strength or wisdom.
