Hello DIY lovers! How are you all? I hope you are all doing well. I am also doing well. So today I am back with a new DIY. Today I made a very cute bunny using clay. It is a bunny keychain and it is super cute. I saw it on Pinterest and I really liked it. I wanted a keychain like this. So I thought I would make one for myself using clay. I made it and I really loved the final result. Making it is not very complicated. It is also quite easy to make. That's why I thought of sharing its tutorial with you all. So without wasting much time let's start making this cute bunny keychain!
Materials Needed
To make this bunny we need three different colors of clay. White clay black clay and pink clay. We also need a black marker because we will draw its face with the help of a marker. Apart from that we may also need scissors to cut the clay. We can also do it with our hands but using scissors makes it easier.
Making the Bunny's Body
Now let's start making it. First I took the white clay and divided it into five pieces. We need these pieces to make its head body two ears two legs and two hands. I took one piece for the hands one for the legs one for the head and body and separate pieces for the ears. Sorry I made five pieces instead of six.
First I smoothed the piece for the head properly. Then I joined the head and body together. After that I felt that the head was too small and the body was too big. So I made the head a little bigger and the body a little smaller.
Attaching the Body Parts
Now I attached its ears to the head. After attaching the ears I also attached both of its feet. At last I attached its hands. And just like that our bunny's body was completely ready. Now we just need to add some details to make it look even better.
Making the Headphones
Now it's time to make the headphones. I took a little black clay and shaped it like a headband. Then I placed it on the bunny's head. After that I made two small round balls and attached them to both sides of the bunny's face so they would look like headphones. And our headphones were ready!
Making the Face
Now it's time to make the face. For this I used a black marker. We have to make its mouth in the shape of a cross. Then I also made its eyes. And just like that its face was ready. It was already looking so cute!
Making the Pink Bow
Now it's time to make the last detail which is the bow. I took pink clay and gave it the shape of a bow. Then I attached it to one side of the headphones. It was looking so cute! And just like that our bunny was completely ready.
Turning It Into a Keychain
If you want to keep it as a decorative item on your shelf or somewhere else you can do that too. But I needed a keychain so I inserted a keychain ring into its head to turn it into a keychain. And it was looking really cute!
