I never thought in our life span of 15 years that someday I too would be the owners of my own house.
My services were as a sales representative for a small company.
There was not much income from my service.
Only less money was available to run life.
With this money, it was not possible to buy any property, etc.
Then I decided that I would buy a house on a loan by doing some extra work outside of my job.
So I borrowed a $10,000 loan from my bank, which will be repaid in 50 installments.
I saw the buildings of many builders; they saw their maps, doors, windows,
kitchens, drawing rooms, elevation projections, etc.
But none of the houses seemed worth buying or came within my budget range.
Finally, a friend of mine showed me a small house which was near the beach, surrounded by trees.
It was a very beautiful house its design features were prepared with the latest architecture, and this house was also within the range of my budget.
so I purchased this house immediately from the seller.
My family is living happily in that house.
