If I want to buy household food items for a month without compromising the health of my family by spending a minimum amount, then I will include the following essential food items in my shopping list. Vegetables, fruits, snacks, meat, fish, butter, oil, dairy products, spices, and grains are frequently used in the home kitchen. I will prepare a budget so that my essential items also come and get the necessary nutrients.

Purchasing healthy products on a tight budget can be a challenge. Many nutrient-rich and healthy foods are quite expensive, which is why most people opt for cheap junk food. We can purchase affordable products such as the following:

Fish, meat and eggs
