🌞Joy is pure, naked, transparent. It is not cynical, it is not hypocritical and, at the same time, it opens the door to other attitudes that make us love life, such as gratitude. Joy is a door to an appreciative gaze. When something makes us happy, we value it, we appreciate it and we are aware of it. Because it is such a unique feeling that it cannot be forced. It is our essence, our natural state. Because joy is felt, but happiness is thought.

And I am not talking about the joy of idiots, but the lucid and forged joy that allows us to live a better life, because if anything gives meaning to our existence, it is love and joy.

🌞Love is the consciousness of unity in duality. When we love, we feel that the pain of the other is ours, the joy of the other is ours and the suffering of the other is ours. Even when there is true love, we would be willing to take the virus or disease out of that person and put it in us so that the people we love will stop suffering. Therefore, I firmly believe that what sustains our lives is to love and to create the circumstances necessary to be happy. To love is to care, is to inspire to help the loved one, to build new objective realities in reality, but also on an internal level, to find elements and tools to support ourselves internally when life hits us.

Amar es cuidar, es inspirar para ayudar a la persona amada, construir nuevas realidades objetivas en la realidad, pero también a nivel interno, encontrar elementos y herramientas para sostenerse interiormente cuando la vida nos golpea.

Looking at the sky, the flowers, watching children, playing and observing animals in their natural habitat is an art. Let's listen to the birds singing, everything is a beautiful melody that expresses freedom.
