I don’t believe it! My body floats in the sky. My clothes puffed up in the wind. I crossed boundaries that mere mortals couldn't cross. There's a bunch of clouds lined up around me and it feels really great. What I saw in front of me wasn’t a bunch of grass, street lights and people's houses but a vast expanse of blue sky and clouds that looked like giant cotton.

I even forgot how this is happen to me. I'm not a human subject in a humanoid experiment who can conjure a glyph on my elbow, nor am I a fantasy human who has hidden wings on my back. But this is all completely natural and cannot be explained logically.

"Finally I can fly! Huuuuuuu!" I shouted in excitement to the entire universe that let me feel this pleasure. But seriously! It's my first experience flying and I don't feel any fear. Everyone knows that I have acute acrophobia, just standing on the 6th floor balcony alone makes me scares and shudders in horror let alone fly at 6000 feet from the surface of the earth.

The most difficult thing was moving. I tried to move my whole body to and fro and hoped to glide gracefully like a birds on television but panicked at the thought that moving too much would throw me off balance and fall down to the ground.

"Do not panic! Breathe slowly and move like you're swimming leisurely in a pool!” a familiar voice came from behind me.

“Jack!?” I was surprised while looking confused at Jack, my best friend. What confused me was that Jack was also flying and hovering in front of me. He is really like the incarnation of a bird, can fly gracefully like he is a reliable pilot.

He approached me. Touched my shoulder and held my arm tightly. "Listen June! The key is to stay calm. Pretend that the whole sky in which we fly is plain water. Move your body as if you are swimming using your hands.”

Without hesitation, I did as Jack suggested, and sure enough I was able to move around to my heart's content. I hurtled through the clouds in front of me at top speed. Witnessing the vast lands, islands and oceans beneath our feet.

We decided to drop a few hundred meters down as the air pressure completely overwhelmed us and joined a flock of birds that also flying around us. Everything was going fantastically well, but everything changed when we were met with a roar and a black cloud appeared in front of us.

A Terrifying Clouds

“Glududrrrr!!” The sound was deafening and scared me half to death.

“Those are Cumulonimbus clouds! Vertical clouds involved in thunderstorms and cold weather. Looks like we should turn around and quickly get away from that disaster!” Jack grabbed my arm and tried to pulled me away from there. But I resisted that pull.

"What’s wrong!" Jack asked in astonishment.

“I was scared at the beginning when I saw how terrible the cloud was, but true adventure is nothing if there are no challenges to face, let's face the cloud! Make this an experience to overcome fear in order to realize our ambitions!” I tried to convince Jack.

He took a light breath. He released his rough grip from my arm and began to hold my hand gently. "Then let's fly together and don't get separated!"

We prepared to slide together and without thinking twice enter the black and dense cloud with mighty guts. The shaking was so powerful, the storm we felt shook our hairs on our necks. The rain accompanied by strong winds pierced our entire bodies like thousands of arrows. The roar of the thunder deafening our ears. A flash of light blinded our eyes. It was a time when our lives were really threatened by natural phenomena and thought about not messing with it anymore.

In the end we made it through the cloud. We laughed together and were really satisfied to get through the obstacle in a chaotic state. In front of us, a beautiful scenery greeted us. that's a rainbow. The colors it emits really touch our feelings. It was as if the rainbow was a gift from heaven to us because we had successfully passed through that terrible storm.

In the middle of the rainbow, a human silhouette appeared and flew towards us carrying a jug. is it another gift? But I think I know this figure. She got closer and made me see the figure more clearly. A woman and blonde hair who looks exactly like me.

"Mom!?" What are you-

“Byurrrr!”

I haven't had time to finish my sentence yet. Mom poured the contents of the jug towards me, and a few moments later I was wet along with the sky that suddenly collapsed and left me alone who was still lying on a mattress that wet from a glass of water that mom spilled from above me.

“Wake up you lazy-cow! You will be late for school!” I swiftly got up and saw my mom holding a glass of water and my surroundings which were still a mess. It's still in my room and it turns out that the adventure I'm having is just a dream. But apart from all that, I never thought that it was just a dream. But a phase in my life to learn to fight my fear

And I'm waiting for the next thrilling dreams.
