The sky is crystal clear, early November sunshine is unusually strong. I'm hot, so take off my coat. This is another escape from the city, away from the house I live, no nervous and hurried people, no electricity and mobile field is almost zero. Just ask for help...
I also take off my hiking boots, along with my socks, and tie them to my backpack with shoelaces.

Colorful dry leaves are crackling under my bare feet and I feel Mother Earth's body. We connect and become one. Past and future disappear, only the present moment exists, as I focus with all of my nerves on where to put my feet. Stones or acorns deepen in the middle of my soles, I feel a sharp pain that passes in a moment. Foot massage for the best, though not a masseuse who treats, but Mother Earth, completely free. The stimulus reaches my internal organs through the energy meridians and heals them. And color therapy (autumn leaves and blue sky) is a good addition to this holistic medicine!

In sunny places, the soil is almost warm, but in the shade it is close to freezing. Still, it’s bearable because I walk miles that way. At first very slowly, later I run down the path, jumping like a deer. No one is born in shoes, and animals don’t wear footwear. People's legs were distorted by wearing shoes. Luckily my feet are in pretty good shape because I never wore high heels.

Walking barefoot - especially when it’s cool or cold - is a way out of your comfort zone and a path to a more natural lifestyle.
It is not recommended to take long hikes barefoot for the first time, at first it is enough to walk for a few minutes.
I’m already practiced, but I haven’t walked the entire 10-12km without boots either.

When I felt like that was enough for now, I put on my boots and moved on to rocky places where it would have been risky without the boots.
This bone is reminiscent of how vulnerable life is!

A steep path leads to the cave, here I have to cling. I didn’t climb the rock above the cave because I felt risky alone. If I had an accident here and I'm alone, I'd be in big trouble.

I finally climbed 100 steps in boots. I'll do it barefoot later.
The picture doesn't show how steep the stairs are.

It was another wonderful day where I could recharge my earthly energy again.
You can also try walking barefoot for the first time in a garden or park for a few minutes.
Don't be afraid, you won't catch a cold! Standing in one place in soaked shoes for hours - that’s what makes you sick!

The photos are all original, taken this morning and afternoon with my Panasonic camera.
