Today I have dicovered heaven!
While I was shopping today in shopping mall City Center West I noticed some chocolatier.
It looked interesting so I entered and didn't make a mistake.
The chocolatier's name is Artisan Crafted Chocolates and was founded by Marin Medak who is the chef of Zagreb's bistro Rougemarin.
Artisan Crafted Chocolates sell its own prunes and chocolate of Belgian Barry Chocolate and filling of natural ingredients without additives.
I like that because it is well known that chocolate products in many cases may contain thirty completely unnecessary and harmful ingredients.
These are handmade pralines and chocolates for which raw material is supplied from Cacao Barry, which has been in chocolate business since 1842, ie 175 years ago and which produces about 40% of cocoa in the world.
I took several types to taste
The one with three types of sesame, with rosemary, with a cocoa bean, the white one is wih pistachio and milk one is with some 50% cocoa
I'm definitely coming back again
